As an ISO 9001, & ISO 13485:2003 certified company. Our Quality Assurance Departments goal is SIX SIGMA. We know that this is not achievable without using a team effort with our customers in developing a superior quality control process. This process must include proper design, material selection, and production process parameters. Stoesser-Gordon Plastics offers our customers ongoing SPC analysis, CNC MICRO VU Vision System and CMM Technology, CPK studies, and hourly machine parameter readouts. All of our molding machines are equipped with state of the art closed loop process controls enabling us to track real time process parameter information. Our Quality Assurance Department utilizes cutting edge technology in both equipment and techniques in our quest for 100% customer satisfaction.
